WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is about you as a whole person: your values, goals, balance, fulfillment, and life purpose. It is the process of moving you from A to B: from your current situation to your objectives by asking powerful questions and using various techniques such as from Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching.
I work with highly motivated individuals like you to develop their own definition of success: with people who want to be free from their limitations, their fears, and any other obstacles to building the life they want. My clients are open to new ideas and are willing to face up to challenging issues. Through tackling challenges head-on they develop a stronger sense of self and achieve the goals they have set themselves. Most clients want to achieve specific goals so they can lead a more fulfilling life. We will design a plan that is specific to your needs and aspirations.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Coaching is a life-changing experience. Together, we’ll explore your potential, your confidence, your values and life purpose. Our connection, and the trust that goes along with it, is fundamental to success. We work to your agenda, and at all times I pay active attention to your needs, working with you in partnership, bringing in my expertise, empathy, embodied attention and skills, and most importantly of all, holding space for you to explore more deeply where you are, where you want to be, and the meaning this brings to your life.
Initially, we’ll organize a free consultation and then, should you wish to work with me, we'll arrange one-on-one sessions in person or via Skype or phone. Before the start of your programme, we go through a set of questions that helps identify your major goals, possible limiting beliefs, and areas of professional and personal growth. With every client, I design a tailored programme specific to your schedule, needs, expectations, and goals. We'll go through Growth Assignments and Action Plans to move you forward and in-between sessions, you'll have support via email and WhatsApp should you opt for a more comprehensive approach.
For corporate and group coaching in the workplace, I develop customised programmes that include 1:1 sessions with executives and key personnel as well as group coaching workshops and team trainings designed to create better relationships with your customers, colleagues and peers.
I recommend that clients work with me for two sessions a month for a minimum of 3 months, however for deep, lasting change, clients benefit from working with me for 6-9 months.
